All payments made towards event registrations, delegate passes, memberships, sponsorships, or related services provided by India Federation for Investors & Global Traders (IFIGT) are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to the official IFIGT contact email within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method used via the authorised payment gateway (Razorpay).
Refund processing timelines may vary and typically take 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
IFIGT reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
