The India Federation for Investors & Global Traders (IFIGT) proudly announces the appointment of Mr. Anup Narang as Director – Healthcare & Medical Equipment within the Healthcare & Medical Equipment Committee.
Mr. Narang, a veteran leader with over 40 years of experience in the hearing health sector, currently serves as Director – Marketing at ALPS, a pioneering company engaged in the development of affordable yet state-of-the-art hearing solutions. Under his stewardship, ALPS hearing aids are today being used across India and exported to multiple countries worldwide, including adoption by international institutions.
As a member of the International Hearing Society, Mr. Narang has not only contributed to India’s healthcare ecosystem but has also been invited as a guest speaker at leading global forums – including the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, Oxford University, the American Academy of Audiology Congress (Chicago), the European Hearing Congress (Hannover and Nürnberg), and the South African ENT Congress. His presentations and workshops have shaped dialogue around innovative hearing solutions, diagnostic audiology, and the future of hearing health under global initiatives such as “Sound Hearing 2030.”
Through his leadership, ALPS has pioneered HRH Technology, creating multi-channel digital hearing aids that deliver affordable solutions for millions of hearing-impaired persons in economically weaker regions of the world. His work reflects a rare blend of innovation, social commitment, and global impact – aligning perfectly with IFIGT’s mission of advancing healthcare trade, fostering international collaborations, and empowering vulnerable communities.
