Dr. Ravi Sauhta is a renowned orthopaedic surgeon and healthcare leader with decades of experience in clinical excellence and hospital leadership. He currently serves as Chief & HOD – Orthopaedics & Joint Replacement at Artemis Hospitals.

Previously, he held senior leadership roles as Director & Head – Orthopaedics at Max Hospital (2016–2018) and Head of Department at Paras Hospital (2006–2016), where he built and expanded multiple orthopaedic sub-specialties. Dr. Sauhta has received international fellowships and advanced training at the University of Minnesota (USA), South Korea, and leading arthroplasty centres in the USA.

At IFIGT, he contributes expertise in healthcare quality, clinical governance, and medical innovation, supporting initiatives aimed at improving healthcare standards, patient outcomes, and institutional excellence.
