Mr. Vijay Goel is a distinguished global trade and policy expert with deep engagement across Europe and India. He is a Partner at Singhania & Co., London, Founder and Chairman of the Indo-European Business Forum (IEBF), and Former Chairman of the Asian Business Association at the London Chamber of Commerce.

He has served as an Advisor on Emerging Markets to the former UK Deputy Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Nick Clegg and the Prime Minister of Malta, contributing to high-level policy and trade dialogues.

As Global Chair – Europe Chapter at IFIGT, Mr. Goel leads strategic expansion across Europe, advising on trade policy, bilateral cooperation, and institutional partnerships that strengthen India–Europe economic engagement.
