Dr. Ashok Puri is a highly respected leader in MSME development, operational excellence, and industry transformation. He has served as the Former India Head of Kaizen Institute India and is currently the Managing Director of Lean Horizons India, where he has led large-scale transformation initiatives across manufacturing and service sectors.

As the Founder of Lean India Consulting Group, Dr. Puri has helped organizations adopt lean methodologies, improve productivity, and build sustainable operational models. He has also served as an Independent Director on the boards of companies such as Lotus Home Textiles Ltd, SkipperSeil Ltd, and GNA Gears Ltd, providing strategic oversight and governance expertise.
