The India Federation for Investors & Global Traders (IFIGT) is pleased to announce the induction of PP Rtn. AKS Hemant Bhasin, Chairman – Silvercord Home Furnishings Pvt. Ltd. and District Director – Fundraising & CSR (Rotary District 3011), as Advisory Board Member – Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability.
A Visionary Leader with a Legacy of Service
Mr. Bhasin brings over five decades of leadership experience across industry, philanthropy, and Rotary service. A distinguished entrepreneur and Rotarian since 2012, he has mentored Fortune 500 executives, led transformative CSR initiatives, and pioneered projects in skill development, healthcare, and education, benefiting thousands across India.
As a member of the prestigious Arch Klumph Society (AKS) of Rotary International, he has personally contributed over USD 250,000 to community upliftment initiatives. He has been instrumental in launching impactful projects such as the Skill Development Centre and Southend Akshi Eye Centre in Delhi. Under his leadership, the Rotary Club of Delhi Southend donated ambulances to the Government of Goa during the COVID-19 pandemic and implemented multiple district-wide CSR programs.
Driving CSR Excellence & Sustainable Development
As part of IFIGT’s Advisory Board, Mr. Bhasin will advise on strategic CSR initiatives, corporate alliances, and policy-aligned projects that advance sustainability and inclusive growth. His role will be to connect corporate CSR resources with grassroots projects in education, healthcare, and financial literacy — strengthening India’s path toward social responsibility and economic resilience.
