At IFIGT, we strive for transparency and fairness. All payments made for memberships, event fees, or published reports/subscriptions are non-refundable, except in specific approved cases.
Refund Criteria:
• Refunds may be considered only if a transaction error has occurred.
• All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@investtradeindia.org within 7 calendar days of payment.
Cancellation:
• Event / membership cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
