All directors, including but not limited to Mr. Rajat Dhar and Ms. Rohini Raina, are voluntarily contributing their time, expertise, and resources toward the mission of the Federation. 4. Disclosure Regarding Director and Employee Affiliations

It is hereby expressly declared that:

• Certain Directors, Employees, or Volunteers of IFIGT may be, and in several instances are, independently associated with other for-profit enterprises, either in their individual capacity or as shareholders, directors, partners, advisors, or employees.
• For instance, the directors of IFIGT, including Mr. Rajat Dhar and Ms. Rohini Raina, may be associated with Finogent Solutions LLP, etc., and/or other entities engaged in financial services, wealth management, investment advisory, or related commercial activities.
• Such affiliations are maintained strictly in their independent professional capacity and do not constitute a business or financial relationship with IFIGT or imply any endorsement, partnership, or transfer of benefit.
• IFIGT is a legally distinct and separate entity, and there is no sharing of funds, resources, databases, personnel, or operational decisions with any of the for-profit enterprises mentioned or otherwise.
• No activities or initiatives of IFIGT are influenced, directed, or funded by any for-profit enterprise, including those associated with its directors or contributors.
• All content, programs, and educational initiatives conducted by IFIGT are undertaken in good faith for public benefit and not as a conduit for any commercial purpose.

By using this Website, you acknowledge and accept that such independent associations exist and that no presumption shall arise as to conflict of interest or breach of fiduciary duty in respect of IFIGT’s operations.
