The Women in Business & Impact Committee at IFIGT exists to change that.
This committee is built to connect, support, and spotlight women who are driving financial, social, and institutional change across the country—through capital access, visibility, networks, and knowledge.
Entrepreneurship & Access to Capital
– Connect women-led startups and SMEs with VC/angel networks, banks, and global investors
– Organize pitch days, grant access briefings, and credit readiness workshops
Financial Literacy & Inclusion for Women
– Design gender-specific IAPs on savings, investing, insurance, and retirement planning
– Run rural and semi-urban financial confidence programs for homemakers and workers
Global Visibility & Cross-Border Collaboration
– Facilitate Indo-global leadership roundtables with embassies and trade missions
– Highlight success stories of Indian women across trade, diplomacy, and impact investing
Mentorship, Thought Leadership & CSR Linkages
– Launch industry-led mentorship circles
– Create CSR-aligned impact projects in education, health, and gender equity
